RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY - HASTYAKALA
At Hastyakala, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience seamless. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for a hassle-free process.
Return Timeframe: Our policy allows a 3-day window post-delivery for returns and exchanges. Kindly note that after this period, we regretfully cannot offer a refund or exchange. To initiate the process, click on the Return/Exchange tab, and our dedicated team will guide you through the necessary steps.
Eligibility Criteria: For a successful return, ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaged with intact tags. Damaged or used items, unfortunately, cannot be returned.
Important Points for Returns:
- Keep the product, along with the invoice and tags, ready for return.
- Obtain a receiving slip from the pickup personnel.
- Record a short video of the article while handing it over to the pickup personnel to avoid any potential disputes later.
Returns : If the article discount is more than 20% discount then its not eligible for return but exchange only.
Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective, sizing issues- only incase garment size is smaller than you ordered, or are damaged. To initiate an exchange, click on the Return/Exchange tab. Please note that exchanges are allowed once, and subsequent exchanges will incur shipping charges as per actuals.
Sale Period: No returns are accepted during sale events. However, exchanges are eligible within 3 days of delivery.
Return Process: Pick-ups typically take 7-8 days to reach our warehouse. Once the article is received, our team will promptly issue a store credit or manually dispatch your replacement order.
International Orders: Please note that international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including gift cards, are non-returnable.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, reach out to your bank. For further assistance, contact us at admin@hastyakala.com.
