Return/exchange/cancellation

At Hastyakala, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to love our products. We understand that sometimes, a different size or style might suit you better.

Exchange policy: We replace items only if they are defective, have sizing issues, or are damaged. Mild color variations which occur due to photography would not be considered for return however you can opt for exchange by paying the return and shipping charge of Rs. 200. Please note that exchanges are allowed once, and subsequent exchanges will incur shipping charges as per actuals. We offer a hassle-free exchange policy within 3 days from the date of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retaining the original tags. Unfortunately, this policy does not apply to products which more than 20% off. These items can only be exchanged with nominal convenience and shipping  charge of Rs. 250. Sale Period: No returns are accepted during sale events or high discounted items of more than 30%. However, exchanges are eligible within 3 days of delivery. If same article is not available you will get a credit note for the same to use for future or other purchases. If any article is purchased in a combo offer and one of article is returned then original price will be charged, no discount will be applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, reach out to your bank. For further assistance, contact us at info@hastyakala.com.

 

Return Policy timelines:

We accept returns for items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retaining the original tags within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that all returns are processed via Bank Transfer, which may take up to 15 working days.

In the rare event of a defective product, we kindly request clear parcel opening videos or pictures to expedite the process.

Upon receipt, your item will undergo a thorough quality inspection. If it meets our standards, we will promptly process your request. Please note that each item is eligible for a return or exchange request only once.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. However, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we are unable to process any cancellations.

Changes in Size, Delivery Address, or Phone Number: Should you need to modify any details, email us at admin@hastyakala.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised Information.” We will accommodate your request if your order has not been shipped yet.

 International Orders: Please note that exchange or return services are not applicable for international orders. If you have any size-related queries, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.
